The packaging is very elegant! Come in a sleek, transparent plastic bottle which is very light weight & travel friendly. Has a silver cap & a pump to take out the required amount of product.

Texture

The texture of  this cream cream is neither thick nor runny. Very few amount is enough to cover the whole face. The skin absorbs it very quickly.

In the mirror of my own experience

When Queen Cosmetics approached me to review some of their products, I chose some skin care products as well as cosmetic products because I had read that this brand is famous for their skincare products especially for sensitive, dry and mature skin. I wanted to examine their claim so at first I gave it to my mother in law for using it at least about one month. I wanted to know how it works for mature skin. My mother in law has super dry skin. She used it for about one month and was very happy with its results. I too applied it about one week and amazed to notice that it's not only for mature skin but for normal skin-dry skin too. The texture was not too thick so it never made my skin oily and greasy. I took out a very less amount of the product and applied it on my damp face. My skin absorbed the product so quickly and felt really soft and smooth for the whole day. But the main test of this product had to come after one month so I waited and trust me, only after 15 days using, my mother in law seemed to be so happy with its results and thanked for giving her this cream. I was really surprised to see the results of this cream on her face. I'm not saying that her face had become young and all the wrinkles had disappeared but I saw a clear freshness on her face, a tightness which I had not seen on her face before. She was very pleased with this cream and after one month this freshness and tightness increased more and I have to accept the greatness of this brand. They really honest in their claim. I think this is a super effective product of Queen Cosmetics.

Good points

I love its slim, light weight packaging which is very easy to carry out. The pump enables us to take out the required amount of product.

The texture is just perfect & gets absorbed very quickly leaving a very soft & smooth effect!

Very little amount is sufficient to cover the whole face.

Tightens & moisturizes the skin well! Does not make it greasy at all.

Very effective for normal-dry & mature skin.

Bad points

Not good for oily skin.

Some may find it a bit pricey.

Finally I would say that this a very effective product fro mature skin as well as dry skin. So I would like to recommend this to all those who want something to tighten, freshen & moisturize their skin.

Texture

The texture seems a bit thick after taking out the product but when you blend it a light thin shield spreads on your skin and you won't feel that you have applied any foundation on your face. Very light weight texture but a bit creamy so if you have combination skin, don't apply any moisturizer before wearing it. It blends very easily and feels more like a tinted moisturizer than a foundation.

How to apply

I just take a very small amount and blend with a wet sponge, or a foundation brush or my hands. In fact, it blends so beautifully that you don’t actually need a sponge or foundation brush, just bare clean hands would do!

In the mirror of my own experience

When I first applied it on my face I loved how natural this looked on my skin. I could see that it gives the illusion of plumped up skin.I agree that the coverage is light but very buildable. Does not really cover all the blemishes in one go, you might wanna use a concealer but I like the coverage with this one. It covers moderately. Feels so light on the skin. Awesome and practical for everyday use.

The lasting power is also pretty good. Stays for a good 5-6 hours but yes, here is a flaw, If I don't apply a loose powder on it, I surely feel greasiness after some times. You can skip moisturizer if you are using this in summer. It is completely odorless. Not any harmful ingredient in it, so you can be sure because Queen Cosmetics products are famous for their mixture of natural and synthetic ingredients, all of which have been proven throughout their long history to be safe and effective for sensitive skin so I can say that this one is another good and effective product from Queen Cosmetic London.

Good points

Love its cute packaging which so handy and hygienic too.

Feels light weighted on the skin, gives it a dewy finish.

Plumps up skin with a natural glow and makes it beautiful.

No smell at all.

The texture is thick when you take out from bottle but after blending it get's absorbed into the skin like a dream and you don't feel any weight of wearing a foundation. So due to the thick texture, there is no fear to falling out the product in any case.

Bad points

It feels oily if I apply it with my moisturizer and without using a loose or pressed powder In summer and monsoon season so it'll be not perfect for oily skin girls.

Shade selection could me more.

No SPF at all so a sunscreen has to be applied separately.

If you want a high coverage foundation then this is not for you.

Finally...

Finally I would say that although this is not my favorite foundation but still I love using it when I go for shopping or in day parties. It's a great product for everyday use & very light weighted as well.

What’s going on? Hope you all are very well and happy. Ladies, now is the time when many festivals are gonna start one by one so you all must be a bit of concerned about your dresses, jewelries and of course about your makeup. So what’s new in your makeup box? New foundation, mascara, blush or lipsticks?

Lipstick word reminded me of the products that I’m reviewing today & that is something very adorable and gorgeous: 2 lipsticks from Queen Cosmetics so let’s start t he review!

Queen London lipsticks

These lipsticks are from Queen Cosmetics London, a brand highly famous from its skincare products for sensitive skin. Lipsticks are not a major feature of their product range; they are an area they are looking to develop in the future. Queen lipsticks come in a range of vibrant colors.

Shades

Queen lipsticks come in the following shades: Pink( magenta pink), Medium ( a sheer mid-red), Soft Pink ( bubblegum pink) Maize ( an orangey brown), Coral ( a pinky red) and Light Red ( a bright, slightly orangey red).

My shades

The lipsticks which I’m going to review are the two among the 6.These are in two shades, the first one is Maize, a light brown shade and the second is Soft Pink, which is quite near to a hot bubblegum pink shade.

Texture

The textures of both of lipstick are matte but moisturizing and velvety. These are completely moisturizing, you have no need to apply a lip balm before applying them. Even if your lips are dry, you will feel them quite moist just after applying this.

Pigmentation

The pigmentation is just remarkable. I have seen such pigmentation only in some very high brands lipsticks. You’ll presume that only from the fact that the swatches which you are seeing on my hand are only one swipes each.

In the mirror of my own experience

I was highly impressed by their pigmentation and super creamy texture only after swatching once on my hand. So I was eager to apply them on my lips and wanted to do it quickly. That day my lips were a bit dry but I applied the Soft Pink lipstick without moisturizing my lips. The texture was super creamy & it applied like a dream. I applied just one swipe on my upper lips and another one on the lower lips and got a gorgeous color. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my dry lips had turned completely moist. The creamy bubblegum pink shade was really looking so pretty. After removing the Soft Pink lipstick, I tried the second one and I got that quality-wise it was completely similar. The intensity of the color, the velvety texture all were the same. The orangey brown shade was my favorite. After applying 2/3 times these lipsticks have become my hot favorite but the only problem with it is the fear of them melting in the hot season. But anyways, it'll be safe in my refrigerator!

Good points

Super creamy and soft textured.

The pigmentation is great

No need to apply a lip balm before applying it as they moisturize them well!

Your lips will feel moist & smooth after applying it.

Only one or two swipes are sufficient to obtain the precise color.

The ingredients are super and high class. They are a mixture of natural and synthetic ones which are safe and effective for all type of skins especially sensitive skin.

The price is not much as compared to the qualities.

Queen lipsticks are shipped world wide so it is not difficult to get them. Just order your faves and they will reach you within two-three weeks very safely.

The packaging is quite ordinary & simple. I wish it was more elaborate & fancy.

Limited shades in their collection.

Can melt in hot weather if you are not cautious.

Final thoughts

In the ending I want to say that I love these lipsticks. I got everything which I want from any lipstick. The all qualities which I desire from a high brand lipsticks. I’ll want to request from Queen Cosmetics to develop their makeup ranges and produce more shades in their lipstick range. I hope they will do so near future.

Queen cosmetics Eye Pencil- Review, Swatches & EOTD

Sometimes when we want a subtle & simple eye makeup so at such times a pencil eyeliner is very useful. Not much effort is also required for applying it. All you have to do is apply it on the upper lash line, then a coat of mascara & a lip gloss and you are done!!

Pencil liners come in many different shades so today I'm here with a light green pencil eyeliner from Queen Cosmetics.

In the mirror of my experience
I seldom use any colored eye pencil....so mostly it is a black, gray or brown. I even have some blues but they are just for fulfilling an interest of mine of collecting new things. But now i got a chance to try out a light green eye pencil as well which is a very elegant shade and will not look odd if applied. The shade is green but a bit unique as it is slightly dull. I came to see its pigmentation during the swatches but while applying it on my eyes, I felt its softness which was great but it there is a bit problem with this that in a warm or hot weather, I can't keep it in my purse carelessly because it can be melt easily and there always will be a fear of the tip getting broken. I mean to say that if I remain careful and keep it in my refrigerator in the hot weather, it'll be fine and safe. It's so smooth and comfortable in applying. One line on you upper lash with mascara can make my eyes a simple but lovely look. I love its smoothness, pigmentation and the dull effect.

Good Points
I love its unique shade
It's so soft and smooth in applying. I love to apply it on my upper lash line to lower even in my water line as well.
The price is quite reasonable.
Looks lovely after applying and gives a simple but different look to my eyes.
If I keep it carefully, will remain for a long time without any damage.


Bad points
Can melt easily in warm weather and the tip can get broken or dis shaped. Will have to be a bit careful for keeping it safe.
If you love shimmery shades, you can't get it here.
If you have oily skin, always apply a compact powder on your lids before applying it.
Not available in India but it ships internationally & accepts orders from anywhere.

Final thoughts
Finally I love this eye liner. It has given me an easy option to decorate my eyes with a simple look. Commonly we wear cotton T-shirts and Indian dresses in summers and monsoon as well. Applying such types of eyeliner will be pleasant feeling on these casual dresses. I love this eye pencil ♥♥
