Lumiere Skin & Beauty Bar Mineral Makeup- review, swatches & photos{Pic heavy}

Hey everyone,
Hope you guys  are doing well. Sometimes I truly feel that I’m alazy person, my readers want me to write more posts but I’m not able to do so.I want to say sorry to my readers and hope they’ll understand my problems. Ihave a family and so there are lot of responsibilities that don't allow me to give moretime to my blogging but I’ll really do my best in future. Today I’m going to dothe review of some Lumiere skin and beauty bar samples which were sent me by the company a coupleof month ago.
They sent me these product samples for try.
Lumiere Loose mineral foundation - Cashmere in Light Neutral
Lumiere blush in Hibiscus
Lumiere blush in Wild Rose
Lumiere lip gloss in the English Rose
Lumiere lip gloss in the Paprazi Pink

Lumiere blush in Hibiscus

It's a purple with natural brown undertones. A bit shimmery.
Lumiere blush in Wild Rose

It's light peach in shade and has very light shimmers in it. This is my favorite color.
Weight
4 gm jar
Price
$12

Wild Rose

Hibiscus

I love both shades of blushes. They give very natural and pretty effect after applying on the cheeks. I applied them on both liquid and mineral foundation and they looked beautiful on both foundations. The most important quality in both the blush is that they are not too shimmery, I don't like to apply shimmery blushes usually. They have only a touch of shimmer which makes them more pretty. The only problem with them is fallout but it's a part of loose mineral cosmetics so to save my product, I touch lightly with my brush and then sprinkle on their lids and then on the back of my hand which will prevent wastage by falling and then apply it on my cheeks.

Finally...
I love both the shades and quality of these blushes. They are very light weighted and give a very fine finish after applying. I want to recommend these blushes to my readers.

Lumiere Loose mineral foundation - Cashmere in Light Neutral

Sometimes we don't want to apply a liquid foundation especially in monsoon and summer. We want something between liquid foundation and loose pressed powder. The mineral foundation is the best option for such occasions. I have noticed after discussing with my friends that most girls want such light feather weighted which makes the skin healthy and smooth looking but without blocking the pores and feeling weighted.

The mineral foundation has a soft, silky and smooth texture that provide a medium to heavy buildable coverage that meld with our skin to create a flawless natural finish as though we have no makeup on at all. They not only give a creamy soft complexion but are completely harmless for our skin.

Net weight
4 gm jar

Price
$12

After applying it, I was really happy to see its effect on my skin. This mineral foundation is really for me because I rarely use liquid foundation for going out anywhere expect on any special occasions like festivals or marriage functions. It's so easy to apply on the face even in a hurry and its effect is very natural and beautiful on my face. Being so light in weight it gives nice natural coverage to my face. Sometimes I use it after applying liquid foundation and it gives a wonderful beautiful finish to my face. I love this foundation.

Finally...

I can say that it's completely for me. Love its effect and finish. I definitely want to recommend it to my readers.

Lumiere lip glosses in the English Rose

This one is my favorite shade. I love the effect which it shows after applying on my lips. It's moisturizing and not sticky at all. The lasting power is not bad. If you want it for a long time, you have to reapply after few hours( almost 2-3 hrs)

Finally...
I love this lip gloss <3

Lumiere lip gloss in the Paprazi Pink

It's a shimmery slightly purple in shade also with jojoba oil. It's almost transparent with sparkle of purplish particles.I don't like the effect which appears on my lips after applying it. Lasting power is not impressive at all.

Finally...

This one is a very average in quality. Neither is shade nor lasting power impressive at all.

Swatches: English Rose & Papparazi Pink

Finally I'm quite impressed with most of their products. The quality is super and they have descent long lasting power except the gloss.
I really want to recommend  these products to my readers and friends. The most important thing is that they are all mineral products and completely harmless.

Elf Minty lip gloss- Review, Swatches, Photos

Hi ladies,

So I’m back again with a new review of a new product but before that wanna say a few words- Some of my readers love to appreciate my photos and according to them they feel that it takes time to click them. But that’s not true….I’m proud of the fact that I own a beautiful little garden and I love clicking pics there. The green background, according to me, looks rather beautiful and it does not take time too. But it’s good yo hear that you guys like my pics and for you I will continue my work in the same manner. Thank you!! :D

Fine…so now let’s come on to today’s review which is all about Elf Minty lip gloss in Houston. I’ve had this lip gloss since 3-4 months and I’ve used it many times. The shade is really beautiful and soft.

My experience-

Lip glosses are not my favorite but sometimes they look better than lippies so I do like to collect lip glosses also and this is one of them. My sis from USA had given me two of them….I had asked her to bring them as I wanted to try some products from ELF too. I also have one of it’s lipstick which is really good but overall this lip gloss failed to impress me as much as the lipstick did.

Pros-

The texture is fairly good but a bit sticky. Does make you very comfortable but not too bad.

The shade is very pretty…a mix of purple along with pink!!

The price, of course is very reasonable…i think $2-$3

It’s quite moisturizing and does not dry out the lips for a long time.

The lasting power is of around 3-4 hours but can vary from person to person.

It smells quite good…..minty sweet…and the flavor is also ….fine. Hey I don’t eat lip glosses but I love mint so my tongue somehow takes on a bit of this every time I apply it!!

The packaging is very pretty!!

Here are the swatches-

Cons-

The quantity is quite less.

Many of you won’t be able to bear it for more than 2-3 hours as it makes you feel irritating.

It is a bit sticky too.

It is not at all opaque and starts to disappear and gets patchy too after some time.

Not much pigmented and you’ve to apply and reapply it again and again to get a deep shade.

Rating-

3/5

Will I recommend it-

No. But if you are to save your balance then it’ll be good for daily use otherwise you can try glosses from many more brands.

Will I purchase it again-

No.

So as you see that it is not a very impressive product from Elf and there are many more glosses from other brands to which deserve to be purchased so you can try them, skipping out this.

Hope this review helps!!Goodbye for now :D

Have a great week!!

Street Wear lipgloss- Review & Swatches

If someone calls me a lip colors’ addict I think it’ll be quite right because I have a huge collection of lipstick and lip glosses. There was a time when I was crazy about the lipsticks then this craziness changes and turned out for the lip glosses. Now it has again turned and I’m in love with lipsticks again. Hehe..i think these likes and dislikes’ roller coaster will be going on and on.

Anyways, today I’m writing a short review on my Street Wear lip gloss which I bought around 6 months ago.

Some words about the Brand-

Street Wear’ range of cosmetics-was launched under the great brand of REVLON.

Price- 225

My experience-

I don’t hesitate from the experimenting shades and brands on my lips. Every color attracts me and I want every shade in my vanity case. Sometimes I have even bought some very odd shades that I have applied only once but whenever I go to a cosmetic’s shop my eyes search for new shades( I don’t care about the brands when it is concerned about the new shades).

This lip gloss is a very cute and lovely color which I have got in this brand and I love to wear it sometimes. Yes the shade is a bit dark but sometimes it looks really pretty :-D .

Why I love this lip gloss?

This lip gloss shade is really lovely. The shade is brownish but some times it shows a bit reddish in pictures. I love its original color but its a bit frustrating when it shows red in the picture.

The color is bold but very beautiful with evening wears. The girls, who love some bold shades on their lips, will love to wear it during day time also.

The texture is smooth and manageable.

The applicator is fully able to define the lip gloss on the lips.

It’s not dry or greasy, and it is highly pigmented. You can see it in the swatches (only two swipes and ta daa… :-D )

I apply it on my dry lips some times and it makes my lips smooth.

Only one or two swipes give me my right color. Sometimes I apply it doing only one light swipe on my lips and then blend it on the whole lips, the color becomes light and very pretty. The girls, who love light shades, can make it light this way.

The shade which I choose in this brand is very wearable and will suit almost all complexions.

It has a lovely bubblegum smell!!

The swatches-

The original shade in the room

I hate this- why does it show red??

The perfect shade in this pic-

Why I don’t love?

Whenever I want to search for any new shade in this brand on the net, there is not much information available which can help me about this brand. They do not have any exciting website of this brand.

Lasting power is not very good but okay. You’ll have to give it a retouch after 2/3 hours.

The shade names are not mentioned.
Consistency is not good.

I don’t like the packaging :(

This is how it looks when I lightened it up a bit-

Will I buy it again?

No, because I’m crazy about lipsticks these days but after some time, who knows…

Will I recommend it to others?

Of course, lip glosses’ fans will definitely love to have this lovely color. It’s quite cheap in cost too.

Rating- 3.50/5

Have you tried this gloss?

ColorBar's Perfect Gloss range-Review

Hey beauties.....what's up?

I'm really very very happy to get 80 followers. I'm actually jumping to and fro the room filled with happiness and excitement.

How about knowing about a lovely glossy shade. This shade from ColorBar's Perfect Gloss range is 002 Sweet Dreams.

It seems as if it is kind of a creamy pinkish purple shade but actually it is baby pink and is very light which suits me well. I bought it just about 2-3 months ago as a daily use product (about three days in a week).

It's kind of a natural pink and sometimes it feels that I am with my natural lips only.

As a daily use product it should actually be light only even for the working ladies who need to wear lip color every day. Here is the swatch....

The packing is good and it's quite comfortable on applying.

I love it's fragrance too...

It costs only Rs 125 for 6 ml and I've used many from this range.

This is how it looks on applying it.....(above).
